Terms of service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms govern the use of this website and, together with a signed proposal or service agreement, the professional services provided by DiGrow Solutions Limited ("DiGrow", "we").
1. The company
DiGrow Solutions Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong, Business Registration No. 81330937, registered office at Unit B, 11/F, Yam Tze Commercial Building, 23 Thomson Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Contact: hello@digrow.si.
2. Services
We provide business-to-business digital marketing and IT consulting services: search engine optimization, paid advertising management, marketing analytics, and related web development and integrations. Services are provided to businesses only, not to consumers.
3. Engagement
- Each engagement is defined in a written proposal or statement of work setting out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees.
- Work begins once the proposal is accepted in writing and the initial invoice is paid.
- Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may affect fees and timelines.
4. Fees and payment
- Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance and payable within 7 days of the invoice date. One-off projects are invoiced 50% on commencement and 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer (SEPA, SWIFT, UK Faster Payments) or card. The default billing currency is EUR; USD and GBP are available on request.
- Third-party costs — including advertising spend, software licences, stock assets and hosting — are not included in our fees and are payable by the client directly to the vendor.
- We may suspend services if an invoice remains unpaid 14 days after its due date.
5. Client responsibilities
The client provides timely access to the accounts, websites and information reasonably needed to perform the services, and warrants that materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights.
6. Results
We apply professional skill and care. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control (platforms, competition, the client's product and pricing), so specific rankings, traffic or revenue results are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client are assigned to the client. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, know-how and generic methodologies.
8. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the engagement.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Termination
Retainers run month-to-month and may be terminated by either party with 14 days' written notice before the next billing date. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach that remains uncured 14 days after written notice.
11. Prohibited use
We do not accept engagements related to sanctioned jurisdictions or parties, or to illegal products or services.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.
